Hicksville will be hosting an NAQT tournament to be played on IS-149A on October 17. This announcement replaces the original announcement of the tournament on this date that was to have been a mirror of Bob's tournament.

Is there a reason for using 149 that I am missing? Sidney is hosting on 149 the following weekend and could easily draw teams from that area since the drive is under two hours. As opposed to 147 being hosted by Solon, which is over three hours away for those teams.

Chad gave it to me because I requested it before Sidney did.

This has been added to our schedule, though with a 10/24 date given the recent posting on the message board.

Do note that another event using 149A is taking place at Hicksville on 10/17.

Hey, I see Sidney is using 149a on the same day as Hicksville. Could I get 147a instead?

I dont actually have a Sidney tournament listed at all. Where was that posted?

At any rate, if the events are on the same date, it makes the most sense to me have them use the same set.

Would you allow me to run 149a at Hicksville (near the Indiana border) on Oct 17? I was going to use an Ohio-formatted set but the principal site that I was mirroring off of never got approval to host, so production of the set has ceased.

Oh okay, gotcha. Well hopefully one of the two can get changed - would be nice to see teams in that area play twice earlier on in the season!
