Dear Coach,

The Cloverleaf High School Academic Challenge Team invites your school to participate in the 11th annual Cloverleaf Invitational Academic Challenge Tournament on Saturday, January 30, 2016 from 8:30am until 3:00 pm.

The Cloverleaf Invitational is a round robin tournament with each team guaranteed 7 matches. Each school may bring up to two varsity teams and two JV teams. The cost is $60.00 for the first varsity team, $50 for the second varsity team, and $40 per JV team. It is our hope to have at least four varsity brackets eligible to qualify teams for the OAC Regional Tournament in April as well as a bracket for teams that have already qualified. This year we will have different questions for the varsity and JV divisions. The JV questions will be shorter and at an easier skill level than the varsity questions. The JV bracket(s) winner will not qualify for O.A.C. but will be a great experience for your younger team members. The questions and rules will be conducted in standard O.A.C format and trophies will be awarded for all division winners.

If you are interested in attending please complete the fast and easy online registration form found at this link: http://goo.gl/forms/pM1shWF3Tf

Registration will not be complete until payment arrives. Please register soon, we have had a wait list for this tournament for the past several years. For your convenience attached is an Invoice for your treasurer/business office. Each school is required to bring their buzzer system(s) with them to the tournament. If you have multiple buzzer system please bring them. Breakfast snacks (doughnuts, bagels, etc.) and lunch will be sold at the tournament. Lunch prices will be affordable at approximately $5.00 per person. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at cameron.flint@cloverleaflocal.org. I look forward to seeing you in January.

Sincerely,

Cameron Flint, Cloverleaf Academic Challenge Coach
