The Beavercreek Academic Team is excited to announce the Beavercreek Pre-NAQT States Invitational Tournament which will take place on March 2nd, 2024 at:

We will be hosting the mainsite of CREEK, a high school regular-plus difficulty question set. Information about the set can be found here: https://hsquizbowl.org/forums/viewtopic ... 41#p394841

All teams will be guaranteed 10 rounds. We will do initial round robin games in pods of 6, then rebracket in the afternoon to play 5 more rounds with teams of similar records.

Each match will be untimed and consist of 20 tossups and 20 bonuses. Teams may consist of up to six players. Four players may play at a time for a team, and teams with less than four players are allowed. Once players are assigned to a team’s roster at the start of the tournament, those players cannot be moved between teams. We will be using both powers and negs, and bonuses will not bounce back.

The cost of the tournament will be $85 for the first team and $75 for subsequent teams, with a $10 discount per qualified reader and a $5 discount for each working buzzer system, up to as many teams as you register for the tournament.
