As always, Bellas ran a wonderful tournament, and it was a great day reading for some very exciting teams!

MVS with another big W. What impresses me most about this one though is having only 2 negs. That's pretty incredible. Congrats to John John, William and Max. Can't wait to see how the NAQT and OAC state tournaments play out at the end of the year with all of the solid teams emerging this season.

Thanks, Bob, for the kind words! I know the guys were happy with how they played, especially with yet another strong field at the TAC. Definitely was a smooth day and great experience, and all thanks are due to Coach Bellas, his team of volunteers, and the strong pool of moderators. We'll see how it goes as the season ramps up and the questions get tougher, but right now it looks like there are eight or nine teams in the state that can all get wins off each other depending on question set and format. Very exciting landscape!
